CHAIR YOGA PILOT PROGRAM

chair yogaParKanDo is very pleased to partner with Carers Victoria to offer an exciting opportunity to participate in our new Chair Yoga pilot program. And its FREE!  

Who can attend?

The mobility friendly Chair Yoga program is for unpaid carers, people with a disability, and/or chronic conditions and seniors. Chair Yoga is open to all, while there is also a Carer specific session/activity.
